At S&K Technologies we take account security very seriously, and as of April 6th 2013, we launched a new secuirty feature for each user account. 

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to logins. Once enabled & configured, each time you sign in you will be asked to enter both your username & password as well as a second factor such as a security code.



  Enabling this option will allow you to use our Two-Factor Authentication via the client area. Once activated you will need to complete two-factor authentication each time you login. Ideal for users that control virtual servers or wish to add an extra layer of protection.

Once your logged into the client area, go to the "Security Settings" tab. and simply click the "Click here to enable" button beneath the "Two-Factor Authentication" heading and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Should you decide to disable two-factor authentication at a later date, you can simply click the Click here to disable button which will appear in the same location.

 This authentication option get's it's second factor using a time based algorithm. Your mobile phone or tablets can be used to generate the codes. If you don't already have an app that can do this, we recommend "Google Authenticator" which is available for iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices.
